Wire as per mil specification datasheet MIL-W-22759/32 to 35 and MIL-W-22759/41 to 46 are insulated with modified radiation cross linked ETFE polymer.
This wire provides one of most comprehensive wiring product ranges for aerospace users.
The wire available in light weight and normal weight. Light weight having single wall insulation and normal weight wire having dual wall insulation. Single wall wire constructions are available in 0.152mm (0.006inch) nominal wall thickness and dual wall wire constructions are available in 0.25mm (0.010inch) nominal wall thickness.
Both single and dual wall insulated wires are available in twisted paires, triples etc. And as shielded and jacketed cables.
